Passion/Palm Sunday-services will be held this weekend, Marcy 28-29, with a powerful reader’s theater reading of the passion. Saturday at 5:30 and Sunday at 8:30 and 11:00.

Holy Week Family Worship – On Wednesday April 1st, we will hold our 4th annual Holy Week Family Worship service. This service will start at 6:30 and last approximately one hour. In that time we will journey through the story of Jesus’ final hours. We will share in Holy Communion, pray with Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, witness as Jesus is sentenced to death, and hear his last words from the cross. This holy worship reminds us of the sacrifice Christ made for us, and helps us prepare for the joy of Easter morning. We invite everyone to join us, especially families with children and youth. This worship is appropriate for all ages.

Maundy Thursday worship will be down the street at First Christian church with Rev. Terry Hamilton-Poore from UCC preaching and our pastors serving communion at 7 p.m. on April 2.

Good Friday worship will be held here at NOON in our chapel followed by prayer stations at the UCC or the start of a prayer vigil at First Christian.

FIRST Service of Easter – Worship at 5:30 at Saturday at First April 4

Easter Sunrise Worship – April 5 at 7 a.m. at the UCC across the street with an Easter breakfast following that worship.

Easter Services – Wear your bright springtime colors and join with others in celebrating Easter Day on April 5 at 8:30 and 11 a.m. worship services here in our sanctuary featuring the Primmer Trumpet Trio on some of our glorious Easter hymns, a joyful anthem from our Chancel Choir, a guest soloist, an inspirational moment with our children in worship, and Pastor Bethany preaching.
